Order Processing

All orders are hand picked and packed. Please allow 3 working days for us to process and ship your order. 

Flat Rate Shipping 

Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 working days using the Royal Mail postal service. A flat rate shipping fee of £3.99 applies to all orders shipped within the UK. For international shipping, postal charges will vary.

Free shipping is available for orders over £50. 

International Shipping

All international orders will be sent out tracked via Royal Mail. Depending on your location, postal charges will vary.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the order is defective or damaged only. Subject to photographic evidence and review. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@trainingtotrainee.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address this on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
